Hey guys. I had a nice time in Puerto Rico. I feel very lucky that my golf has taken me to such great places. I unfortunately had a short week by shooting an 80 at the Monday qualifier. I struggled on my front nine with speed control and had 4 three putts on the ultra tricky paspalum greens. This grass surface is extremely rare, and it took its toll on me this round. I registered a 10 on my 16th hole of the day which really put a damper on the day. Other than the 4 three putts and real big number on 16 I played solid. The wind blew real hard making scores soar. I am currently in Brooksville, Florida for the Canadian Tour Qualifying. I shot a 75 today and have some work to do the final 3 days. My practice sessions the past two weeks could not have gone any better, so I am really looking forward to posting 3 great rounds to finish up my week here in Brooksville. I know the Canadian Tour is a great place to hone my game to the next level due to the parallels it has to the PGA Tour. The key for me is to not get ahead of myself this week, and everything will fall directly into place.
